Vintage Finds!

I checked out a vintage store that is closing in the East Village of NYC and they had some amazing stuff but these earrings are the thing that caught my eye! The detail is amazing, they are huge and on the verge of gaudy (just the way I like it). I'm obsessed with them! You will be seeing them in an outfit soon since I can't wait to wear them.

They were $90 but with the closing sale I got them for $30.

Target Collaboration

The next great collaboration with Target is Dolce Vita!

The collection launches on August 22. But, if you are in the NYC area it has already launched at the new Target in Harlem.

They have released a few images and from the looks its dark colors, boots and oxfords perfect for the upcoming fall season. Dolce Vita's main line has prices that usually hit above $150. Fab. Forever Finds

I hit up Forever 21 in Times Square when my parents were visiting me this past weekend because I had not been yet and I wanted to see what it was all about. The place is huge! 4 floors of clothes, accessories, makeup & more. I was immediately impressed by how clean and organized everything was, Forever 21 is usually a hot mess. We got lost in the store for over an hour and I left with a couple great pieces from the Twelve by Twelve line, which I must say was my favorite 'department' in the store!

This top at first glance is a bit gaudy but my Mom and I agreed that there was just something about it that kept drawing us back. The bold animal print is fun and all the beading and gems don't make the most sense but somehow it all works, it's also a very flattering silhouette and will be perfect over some black skinny jeans.

My Mom found this amazing vest while I was caught up looking at something else, and I must say this is one of her best Forever finds! I absolutely LOVE it! Yes, it's faux leather but it looks quite expensive. I'm also always a sucker for details and this vest has ribbon pleats allover, they really give the vest a feminine look and take it away from biker chic. I can't wait to wear it once the temp. goes below 80! Another note, I can't find it online so check stores near you but this one runs a tad on the bigger side so I went with an XS but, I also wanted it to have a fitted look when I layer it up.

Just bought this awesome dress from Akira Chicago! I'm rather excited about it, I love the printed crazy pattern...so fun! I may save this one for my girls trip in August to Florida!

Love this!

I'm crushing on this top! It's over sized, dramatic and a perfect thing to wear to work and then out. You can work it casual or dress it up with accessories. Black is also a staple in my wardrobe so the more black tops I can find...the better! I would wear this top with skinny jeans and heels to balance out the over sized top, give yourself some height so the top doesn't over-power you. Love it!
