Accessorize!

I was meeting up with a couple friends for fondue (yum!) in the East Village and while en route I came across a little jewelry store. Of course I had to pop in and see what they had. I loved just about everything, necklaces, rings, earrings, bracelets, etc. everything has amazing prices of under $30 and its really unique stuff that you don't see everywhere.
If you're ever in the area I highly suggest checking it out!

I got a pair of oversized stud earrings (pic above) I absolutely adore them! They didn't have them on the sales floor but I told them what I was looking for and they went in back to see what they had, such great customer service!

Fab Forever Finds

I always love a Fab. Forever Find!
A girl can never have too many dresses! This one is perfect for the fall. For those warmer days you can wear it with some great boots and then once the chilly weather hits, put on some tights and you are good to go! Its got a great shape with the cinched in waist so you can layer on a belt.
It comes in three colors, I'm leaning towards black since I never seem to have enough black dresses. The price is insane! Hello $14.50! For that price I might get all three colors!

Bag it up

Right now I'm really into smaller sized purses that you can wear cross body. I've been rotating a few different styles, but I don't have a military inspired one. This is a big trend this fall season and one of the easiest ways to achieve it is to work it into your accessories. I know this bag isn't screaming the trend, but the green color makes a great statement and it will be able to go with tons of outfits! The braided strap is super cute too!

Rubright bag - $38.00 from Aldo
(also comes in cognac & black)

Dress it up

I saw this dress a couple months ago and loved it! But, it had a price tag of $109 and I just didn't want to pay that much. So I waited and waited...then today I decided to check on it and to my delight it's on sale! The sale price is $65.40 and I also got 30% off from a friends & family discount going on right now (ends today).

Fab Forever Finds

Success is found once again at Forever21.com! This time I'm loving this LBD (little black dress). The mesh overlay is one shoulder which is very flattering and the gathering gives it a very sophisticated look. I love how they've styled it with some tights, I would def suggest to wear it that way. It's a perfect dress for this season and many seasons to come!
LBD's are always in style my friends!

Dress it up

I'm always on the lookout for dresses. Never know when you might need one! I love the color of this little number, yes its pink but its not screaming summer. The fabric makes it a good transition dress that you can wear with bare legs or with tights. I love the one shoulder look, its so flattering! You could belt the dress or add some long necklaces, either way you will look fabulous!

Fashion's Night Out

I had a fabulous time on Fashion's Night Out! My friends and I hit up a ton of stores. Furla was first on our journey and then on to Swarovksi, Mulberry, Coach, Barneys, Tods & DKNY. The energy on the streets of NYC was amazing! Everyone was out to get their shop on and and just enjoy fashion. My FNO Recap!

Mulberry had amazing clothes and bags! Love the leopard!
Also, a great goody bag, mulberry tote, cookie, fizzy drink mix, cat mask & their lookbook.
My FNO look:

At Tods

Barneys was a mad house! I got to get a good look at the dolls, my favorite was the Alexander McQueen (below).

These were brought to my attention and I don't know why I haven't heard about them sooner! Such a marvelous idea! The Footzy Rolls are the perfect thing to throw in your bag for instant foot relief after your fabulous heels have killed your feet. On your way home after a long day or night on your feet put these on and you have instant comfort. They are super thin so that can easily be rolled up to fit in your bag. They come in a variety of colors and range from $19.99 - $30.00, there is also a flip flop design! I think I'm in love with these!
My feet are already thanking me :)

Doing a little browsing online and I came across this skirt I adore! The shape is ultra feminine and flattering. So fabulous!

Fashion's Night Out

There are so many amazing things going on for Fashion's Night Out! I'll be honest I'm quite overwhelmed myself. But I'll be bouncing all around the city with some of my friends, shopping, mingling & taking lots of pics. so I can bring you all a fabulous recap!

NYC...Payless is making public transportation easy by offering free rides on FNO double-decker buses that will take you to and from top retail locations around Manhattan.

Crafty

I had this vision a while back about a way to 'jazz' up my Forever 21 black wedges.
I took a couple of my vintage pins and just pinned them on the cuff of the shoe.
Bam! a fun update to a simple shoe.

Love This!

I'm obsessed with this sweater poncho from H&M! I saw it earlier last week but thought to myself... I'll come back later and get it since it's still hot, hot, hot out. Well, this turned out to be a mistake. I was in another H&M (yes I frequent them often) and overheard a sales person say they were "sold out"... WHAT?!
So my crazy self headed to the store I originally saw it at with hopes it would still be there and luckily I was correct, there was one rack left! I snagged myself my beloved poncho and I highly suggest you run to the closest H&M if you love this since it will probably be selling out. Did I mention the insane price? $19.95.
It's also one size so it has that fabulous over sized look.
Can't wait for a future fall activity to debut it!I bought at H&M 5th ave. between 51st & 52nd.

For the Boys

One of the trends for guys this season is the double breasted sweater. I've been seeing it lots of places, and I must say its something that I'm highly suggesting to my boyfriend. It can be worn over a patterned button down shirt for a more dressed up look or put on over a t-shirt to make it a bit more casual, add jeans and you're done.
I got a catalog in the mail from Express and they were featuring a version that I love! Right now its opened up for my boyfriend to see, hoping he will go pick it up!
Also comes in grey.
Express - in stores & online.
Like my friend and aren't feeling the double breasted sweater look? Then this is another great choice that is on trend for the guys. Thanks B!

MILITARY ZIP-FRONT CARDIGAN - $88.00

Also comes in black. Available in stores & online.

Layer it Up

The one thing I look forward to with fall weather is being able to layer. It's all about finding the right pieces to put on over your favorite tanks and tee's. I'm really into this cardigan by Express, its effortless chic, you can just throw it on and instantly have a great look.
Perfect for the office, travelling, nights out, etc.
Lots of options!

LONG FLYAWAY CARDIGAN - $39.90 (was $59.90)
Express - in stores & online.
