Chicago has started to charge $0.07 for every bag from any store. That was a big NOT PAYING THAT! from me. I found this adorable tote at Old Navy. Sadly, they don't have it online but they do have this cute tote.

Positano: Travel Diary

This past October the hubby and I spent a week on the Amalfi Coast. It was such a fabulous trip and I can't wait to go back and explore more! We stayed in Positano and fell in love with the cliff side village. I always love reading bloggers travel guides before I set out on a trip so I decided I'd try and do the same.

We stayed at The Hotel Marincanto and loved it! It was on the one main road so we could walk via the street or take the stairs down to the beach. I counted one day and was well into the 200's - all those steps burned off all the pasta, cheese and vino.

We went in late October which was the end of the season but we did get one beach day and one day spent on the water boating to Capri. Next time I would go late spring or end of September. Sadly, we didn't get to do some of the things we wanted due to places being closed.

Sipping Prosecco on the beach - we also ordered pizza to our chairs and I have to say it was one of the best pizzas I've had in my life.
Top - Forever 21, Skirt - Chicwish

Cold Shoulder Dress - ASOS (Similar Here  I also love this one for a beach cover-up )

In the Blue Grotto - this was a wild experience! The sun coming into the grotto creates this unreal blue color. All the men rowing the boats start singing, it was hilarious and romantic all at the same time.
Views from the top of Capri

 Dress - Tularosa

Some of our favorites from our trip:
Le Sireneuse - this the fanciest hotel in Positano. We stayed 2 hotels away from it. They have a a fun outdoor bar and we popped in one night for a drink. They also have Franco's but it was already closed when we were there. Stop in for a drink and take in the beautiful hotel.

L'incanto - this is where we rented the beach chairs. Amazing pizza and prosecco of course.

Ristorante Max - hands down the best pesto of my life. Get the pasta sampler!

Brasserie Covo Saraceni - Pizza! SO GOOD! We also asked our driver his favorites in town and this was on the list for a local too.

Music on the rocks is the night club - we hit it up twice and had a great time

There are so many things on my lists to still do that we didn't get a chance to, so I guess you could say... I'll be back!
